Our Refund Policies

Due to the fact all items are made to order and are all customized to each customer, we do not offer refunds.

If there is a broken impression on any kit orders, we will remake the plate with the mold we create from the kit. This will start the process all over again. At that point in time, we will contact the customer and let them know where we're at in the process.

On walk-in appointments, if your item breaks, we will gladly make a new plate, you just have to bring the child back.
