Our Shipping Policies

All kit orders will ship 1-4 days from purchase. Unless purchased during a holiday, at which point it will ship out on our next working day. 

Shipping on our kits works differently than walk-in appointments. Kits get shipped three times. We mail the customer the kit and the customer mails the kit back after doing the impression. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when they ship the kit back to us. After we receive the kit, it then takes 6-8 weeks to finish the product. Once the product is completed, we ship the final product back to the customer. 

For walk-in appointments, shipping is usually not required as most clients come back to pick up their order unless otherwise agreed upon.
